Organic Farming
We firmly believe that organic management of the vineyard creates, over time, greater resistance of the plants to fungi and pests, while maintaining healthy and vital soil for a long period. Therefore, we use traditional and sustainable farming methods. Our goal is to leave future generations with living, balanced land, starting from the creation of a healthy agricultural environment and respecting the people who work in our vineyards.
Precision Farming
Through specific technologies and spectrographic analysis of our vineyards, we monitor the healthy growth of our plants. This allows us to continuously assess the vineyards' health through specific plant vigor indices. Our approach to innovation focuses on achieving more uniform production, reducing chemical inputs like pesticides and herbicides, obtaining guidance on the use of natural fertilizers, and monitoring water stress levels.
Harvesting and Winemaking
Our native grape varieties, cultivated through organic farming, create a product that enhances their distinctive characteristics. The grape harvest is carried out manually to select only the healthy clusters and to respect the natural maturation cycle, preserving the vineyard’s systemic balance. Most of our work is done in the vineyard. We focus our efforts on obtaining high-quality grapes and then transforming them with minimal intervention, always prioritizing the grape variety and the terroir.
